Eligibility

Applicants from all academic disciplines are encouraged to apply for ACT’s Bachelor's degree programs, provided they meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Must hold a High School Certificate or an equivalent qualification
• Prior learning and relevant life experience may be considered for credit transfer
• English proficiency equivalent to IELTS Level 5.0 is preferred; alternatively, applicants should have completed high school with all subjects in English or achieved at least 55% in English
• Basic digital literacy is essential, including skills in internet browsing, MS Word, and online research

Learners can complete the program in a minimum of 18 months and up to a maximum of 36 months. Registration remains valid for 42 months from the date of enrolment. If the 36-month period is exceeded without program completion, a maintenance fee of USD 100 will be charged for every 3-month extension beyond that timeframe.

Curriculum

• Learners who successfully complete the programme up to the specialisation modules will be awarded a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) certificate from East Bridge University (EBU), accompanied by an official transcript carrying 180 academic credits.
• Upon successful completion of the full programme—including the Teaching Practice and Action Research Project—learners will be awarded the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree from Preah Sihamoniraja Buddhist University (PSBU), with an official transcript reflecting 240 academic credits.
